Job Description
- Partnership with finance team to perform month end closing activities and daily finance operation work
- Analyse and monitor the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Able to provide timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational performances
- Partnering with cross functional team in providing commentary and insights on key drivers of financial variances
- Support with annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Support in annual audit
- Ad-hoc management financial reports as required
- Drive efforts to automate ongoing reporting needs (if any)
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives where required
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Well verse in planning and performance processes
- Well verse in financial modelling, excel and powerpoint skills
- Detail oriented, hands-on personality capable of working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, challenging status quo with view to improve efficiencies across systems, processes, and reporting
