We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to support our Investment Banking team. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial modeling, valuation, deal execution, and client presentations, offering an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in investment banking and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models, including valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Conduct company, industry, and market research to support transaction execution.

Prepare pitch books, investment memos, and client presentation materials.

Support M&A, capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions.

Assist in due diligence processes and data room management.

Analyze financial statements and assess business performance and risks.

Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams on live deals.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all financial analyses and materials.

Requirements

Strong foundation in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with PowerPoint is required.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Prior internship or experience in investment banking, finance, or consulting is a plus.
