Job Description
As a Financial Analyst, you will assist the Corporate Finance Manager to develop and update accounting, finance and management policies and procedures. You will assist in coordinating the Group's financial planning, performance monitoring and reporting activities of the Group. Based in Singapore, our Finance team drives insights and supports operations across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare professional presentations, marketing materials and pitch documents.
- Develop and maintain PC-based financial models and analytical tools.
- Provide financial and accounting support for new projects within the ChemOne Group.
- Conduct project economic evaluations, investment financial modelling, and market analysis.
- Consolidate and analyse operating costs, delivering timely reports to support management decisions and business efficiency.
- Collaborate with business units to identify improvements in reporting systems and formats.
- Analyse and forecast financial, economic and other relevant data to provide accurate, timely insights for strategic and operational decisions.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Gaining experience in developing systems, processes, and frameworks to analyse and interpret market data.
- Providing in-depth decision support and analysis on market entry, segmentation strategies, pricing, trading terms, market profitability, promotions, marketing campaigns, and overall market management.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, analysis, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, complemented by strong planning, organisational, and administrative capabilities.
- Sound interpersonal skills that foster positive working relationships.
- A proactive, resourceful team player with a positive attitude and high energy.
