We are partnering with a leading MNC to hire a Financial Analyst (Grants) to join their regional finance team based in Singapore. This role offers strong exposure across regional grant management, financial planning & analysis, and cross-border stakeholder engagement within a complex, matrix environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst (Grants), you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end financial management of grant-funded programmes across the region. You will partner closely with business, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, compliance, and optimisation of grant utilisation.
- Manage and monitor regional grant funding activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external grant requirements
- Track utilisation of grants and prepare accurate financial reporting for stakeholders and funding bodies
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across grant-related and operational expenditures
- Perform financial analysis to provide insights on grant performance, spend efficiency, and funding gaps
- Partner with regional stakeholders across finance, operations, and programme teams
- Assist in month-end closing activities and variance analysis related to grant funding
- Support audit queries and ensure proper documentation and controls are maintained
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or grants management
- Strong exposure to regional or multi-country finance environment is highly preferred
- Experience handling grants, government funding, or donor reporting is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
