Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Vouch is partnering with a global MNC organisation in hiring a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join the dynamic finance team and contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Support the FP&A team in providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making
• Perform detailed analysis of business and financial performance for various business units
• Preparing comprehensive management reports, conducting variance analysis, and recommending strategies for cost reduction and profit improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Enhance internal controls and financial processes to ensure continuous improvement

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related role
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques is a plus
