About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making, improve business performance, and ensure financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning.
- Analyze financial performance, market trends, and operational KPIs.
- Develop financial models to support investment, cost optimization, and business cases.
- Collaborate with business units to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Assist in developing dashboards and tools for performance tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 24 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, or in a related finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
