Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Singapore, offered on a hybrid arrangement with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and develop tailored strategies for protection, savings, and wealth accumulation. Daily responsibilities include providing advice on insurance and investment solutions, preparing financial plans and reports, and conducting regular portfolio reviews to keep clients on track. The role also involves prospecting and building a sustainable client base, delivering client presentations, and participating in training sessions to stay informed about market trends, products, and regulatory requirements. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with team members and internal partners to ensure high-quality, compliant, and ethical advisory services.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and deliver holistic, goals-based financial solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to explain products, risks, and strategies in clear and accessible terms.
  • Experience or strong interest in Retirement Planning to design long-term plans that address income needs, protection, and legacy goals.
  • Relevant certifications or licensing required by local regulatory authorities in Singapore, or willingness to obtain them within specified timelines.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility in handling confidential information and client assets.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail in preparing financial analyses and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; candidates with other disciplines and strong aptitude for finance are welcome.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage schedules in a hybrid work environment and meet performance targets.
