Key responsibilities
Financial Planning & Client Support
- Support the delivery of holistic financial planning solutions covering protection, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning
- Learn to conduct client fact-finding, needs analysis, and financial reviews under guidance
- Assist in preparing financial proposals and advisory documentation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement
Business Development & Exposure
- Participate in client engagement activities, workshops, and events
- Learn client acquisition and relationship management through mentorship and team support
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on outreach initiatives
Training, Licensing & Professional Development
- Participate in structured training programmes and coaching sessions
- Prepare for and complete required licensing examinations (CMFAS / RES modules)
- Stay updated on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and market developments

Requirements
- Diploma/A level equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, self-motivated, and open to coaching
- Comfortable engaging with people and building relationships
- Interest in financial planning, personal finance, and professional services
