Key Responsibilities

. Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.

. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as required.

. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

. Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.

. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.

. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or equivalent) and MS Office applications.

. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
