Finance
- Manages corporate cash flow and working capital requirements - ensuring liquidity and efficiency of funds movement.
- Management of corporate loan portfolios through effective cash flow forecasting.
- Oversees the corporate banking relationship management - work closely with banks and legal counsels on all aspect of the bank facilities agreements and exploring new financing and debt refinancing opportunity.
- Maintaining timely and accurate internal reporting of all banking facilities utilization, group multi-currency bank accounts balances and all fund movements.
- Other Finance duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.
TradeFinance / Treasury
- Experience in managing the corporate Treasury activities including foreign exchange risk exposure and hedging strategies and commodity Futures transactions.
- Experience in Trade Finance such as Import / Export DA/DP / LC negotiation and performance guarantee applications.
- Other Treasury duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.
Credit Risk Management
- Credit risk management - liaise with credit research and rating agencies, performing credit risk and detailed financial analysis on potential customers and vendors.
