Job Description

About the Role

The Finance Transformation Manager, Shared Services will drive the transformation and modernisation of the organisation's finance shared services model. This role is accountable for delivering operational excellence across core finance processes, while leading automation, digitalisation, and data-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Partnering closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, this role will support the evolution of Shared Services Finance into a more integrated and stakeholder-centric function, including the shift from functional silos (AP, AR, GL) to end-to-end process ownership across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR).

The role will drive the Finance Shared Services transformation roadmap, leading process improvements across end-to-end finance operations to deliver standardisation, simplification, and scalability. It will also lead automation and digital initiatives in partnership with IT and vendors, redesign processes to enhance efficiency and controls, support change management efforts, and strengthen governance and compliance frameworks. In addition, the role will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and position Shared Services Finance as a value-adding business partner.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with 8-12 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in finance transformation, shared services, or process improvement within complex organisations, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end processes (P2P, OTC, RTR), including redesign and optimisation. Strong understanding of finance operations, controls, and compliance frameworks, with experience in ERP systems, automation (e.g., RPA), and data analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive change across stakeholders, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
