About the Role

Our client is a leading regional organisation advancing its finance transformation and is seeking a experienced Finance Systems Project Manager to lead a large-scale ERP implementation, based in Singapore. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across the region, partnering closely with finance, IT and business stakeholders to implement a scalable operating model. The position offers strong visibility and the opportunity to shape finance processes within a complex, multi-market environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Systems Project Manager will lead the finance workstream for the ERP transformation, covering key finance modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, controlling and reporting. The role will partner closely with finance, IT and external vendors to design and implement the target operating model, ensuring alignment across functions and markets. Responsibilities include driving requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing, data migration and go-live activities, while ensuring that financial controls, compliance standards and reporting requirements are effectively embedded within the new system. The role will also oversee project timelines, risk management, stakeholder communication and governance forums to ensure successful delivery. In addition, the position will support change management initiatives and user training across finance teams, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes across the organisation.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems, with a professional qualification such as CPA or CA preferred. They will bring minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in finance, finance transformation or ERP implementation, with hands-on exposure to both SAP and Oracle systems, including at least one full lifecycle implementation. A strong understanding of core finance processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-border stakeholders and external system integrators and demonstrate strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. They should be comfortable operating in a complex, regional environment and able to drive alignment across multiple functions and markets.
