Finance Supervisor

Role Summary:

FinanceSupervisor, TOMRA Singapore Responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR,financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support, while driving processimprovements and coordinating with internal and international teams.

Your tasks

. Processingof accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoiceposting, payments, and collections

. Preparationof payment runs and online banking

. Preparationof and participation in monthly and annual financial statements

. Preparingbalance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

. Bankand account reconciliations

. Implementationand improvement of accounting processes

. Supportingaudits and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors

. Liaisingwith internal teams and international colleagues on finance matters

. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by thecompany(e.g. ERPsystem(IFS), invoicing, payroll, claims, insurance, and general administrativesupport))

Qualifications

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA,CA, or its equivalent

. Minimum3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word, PowerPoint
• Good understanding of relevant financial reporting standards
• Self-starter with a positive mindset who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Meticulous and detail orientated
• Ability to work in an agile organization environment
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
