Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for local bookkeeping and tax filing in Singapore.

2. Responsible for statistical data submission and communication with local taxation and government departments in Singapore.

3. Responsible for local annual audit in Singapore, interface with local auditors, tax accountants and other staff.

4. Cooperate with Chinese auditors, securities companies and other institutions to provide audit materials.

5. Responsible for SAP system accounting, business data reconciliation, preparation of financial statements and statistical reports of related data.

6. Responsible for collating monthly accounting treatment differences between Singapore and China accounting standards.

7. Responsible for the review and carry forward process of expenses.

8. Responsible for reconciling related business data with affiliated companies.

9. Provide weekly reports on accounts receivable and overdue funds to the Group.

10. Provide the following month's capital plan on the 26th of each month based on the following month's income and expenditure.

11. Responsible for organizing, summarizing and approving the annual budget of Singapore branch.

12. Responsible for the statistical summary and actual comparison of the budget.

13. Responsible for providing various financial reports and necessary financial analysis to the company management.

14. Responsible for organizing asset inventory and coordinating differences.

15. Responsible for CPS and issue tracking;

16. Responsible for other work assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting or other related fields

2.Relevant working experience of at least 3 years.

3.Familiar with international & Chinese accounting standards and related financial, taxation and other regulations and policies

4.Proficiency in using financial SAP system

5.Strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and conscientiously, with communication and organizational coordination skills, able to work under certain pressure

6.Fluent in Chinese and English
