- Partner closely with the CEO on strategy, business planning, and financial modelling.
- Lead fundraising efforts including investor relations, pitch materials, valuations, and deal structuring.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, governance, and the financial aspects of setting up and managing the Singapore holding company.
- Provide insights to support commercial decisions, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, legal counsel, and other key stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience in investor relations, fundraising, valuations, and capital structuring.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach, with the ability to balance strategic finance responsibilities and day-to-day operations.
- Prior exposure to setting up financial systems, processes, or greenfield finance functions will be advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership in a lean organisational setup.
- Given the accelerated project schedule, availability to start soon will be an advantage, although all applications will be considered fairly.
