Expression of Interest Finance SME (Treasury / FP&A)

Cash Forecasting Transformation | Asia (14 Markets)

Location: Singapore (Consulting Engagement)

We are currently in early discussions for a regional consulting engagement focused on the assessment and transformation of a Cash Forecasting function across 14 markets in Asia.

As part of initial scoping, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Finance Subject Matter Experts (Treasury / FP&A) who bring a strong consultative mindset and transformation experience.

The Mandate

The engagement is expected to involve:

• Assessing current-state cash forecasting processes across multiple markets
• Identifying process gaps, governance considerations, and control improvements
• Designing a future-state centralised operating model
• Advising on implementation approach and potential execution roadmap

This is not a pure execution role. We are looking for professionals who can assess, challenge, design and shape individuals comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

Ideal Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or FP&A
• Experience in regional or multi-country finance environments
• Exposure to cash forecasting transformation or centralisation initiatives
• Consulting, Big 4, or in-house transformation experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across markets and senior leadership
