Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end chargeback and deduction management program, including its plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Set up and maintain the PMO governance framework: SOPs, RACI, escalation paths, SLAs, and cadence reviews.
- Track the full chargeback lifecycle.
Requirements
- Finance PMO / Technology Finance PMO experience.
- Hands-on chargeback or cost allocation management.
- Strong PMO governance experience.
- Experience defining/managing SOPs, RACI, SLAs and escalation frameworks.
- Strong tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferably exposure to SRE / infrastructure / technology services.
- Banking or financial-services experience would be particularly relevant for this requirement.
