Manager, Operations Finance
We are looking for a high-performing Finance Manager to lead group reporting and consolidation across a portfolio of entities. This role ensures financial compliance with IFRS/local GAAP standards and internal controls, driving consistent, high-quality reporting and continuous process improvements across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Group Reporting & Service Delivery
- Oversee and review financial submissions from country finance teams for accuracy and completeness
- Manage multi-entity consolidation in alignment with IFRS and applicable local GAAP
- Analyze consolidated P&L and balance sheets at group and sub-group levels
- Act as ledger owner for Platform entities and manage service delivery of finance outsourcing partners
- Support budgeting, planning and financial due diligence processes
Statutory Reporting & Compliance
- Lead planning and execution of annual group audits; primary liaison with external auditors
- Coordinate tax filings and related matters with external consultants
- Oversee treasury reporting and ensure compliance with loan covenants
- Handle corporate secretarial requirements for Platform entities
Governance & Control
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls to uphold reporting integrity
- Manage and refine the group's chart of accounts for optimized data quality and reporting
- Implement efficient finance policies and processes to enhance effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and system enhancements
Ideal Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (ACCA, CPA preferred)
- At least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3+ years in group reporting/consolidation
- Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation practices
- Sharp analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled communicator and collaborator across multidisciplinary teams
- Real estate industry experience and familiarity with Oracle NetSuite are strong pluses
