This 6-month full-time internship offers hands-on exposure to Finance Operations in a fast-paced brokerage environment. You will support day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to process improvements while working with the Finance Operations team in the Finance Department.

We're looking for a meticulous and motivated individual who is eager to learn, adaptable, analytically strong, comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel formulas), and a reliable team player with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle trade payments, receipts, CDP and setoff reconciliation as well as posting of the SAP accounting entries
• Perform foreign brokers reconciliation
• Perform foreign trust reconciliation with broker
• Handle miscellaneous Journal reconciliation
• Handle Dividend payment
• Other Adhoc projects

Requirements

• Fresh graduates, undergraduate students are welcome to apply
• Interest in accounting and finance
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Fundamental understanding of brokerage business and financial markets
• Good with numbers and data analysis
