Job Description

PURPOSE:

Responsible to support the development and planning of FBAP ICT strategy and plan in accordance with reporting manager and corporate IT strategy.

Assist and support in terms of:

  1. Strategic IT Planning & Execution
  2. Budget Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
  3. IT Project Assessment & Effectiveness Review
  4. Procurement & Contract Governance
  5. Service Quality & SLA Management
  6. Compliance & Disaster Recovery

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

1. Support Annual IT Planning Activities

  • Assist in organizing meetings and preparing documentation for the ICT Operating Guide.

2. Financial Reporting Assistance

  • Coordinate with Finance and ICT teams to gather data for financial analysis.
  • Assist Reporting Manager in developing reports, utilizing data gathered.

3. Cloud Proposal Review Support

  • Use predefined checklists to review cloud-related proposals.
  • Track proposal status and update monthly tracking for monthly review with Reporting Manager.

4. IT Project Request Coordination

  • Receive and perform initial checks on project request documents.
  • Ensure completeness and schedule coordination meetings with requesters.

5. IT Usage Survey Execution

  • Conduct surveys and compile usage data from project owners.
  • Prepare initial reports for review by the Manager as part of IT effectiveness analysis.

6. Contract Record Validation (Ad Hoc)

  • Verify contract data accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Review Support

  • Collect feedback and performance data from teams and subsidiaries.
  • Organize inputs for SLA review sessions.

8. Orientation Material Maintenance

  • Update IT orientation materials and support onboarding sessions as needed.

9. Software Usage & License Tracking

  • Maintain records of software usage and licensing.
  • Support compliance checks and coordinate with SMEs or vendors.

10. Disaster Recovery Monitoring

  • Track and report on disaster recovery test progress.
  • Compile findings for review by the Manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Diploma in IT or Business Administration with major in accounting or Finance
  • Analytical decision making
  • Basic knowledge of general IT system, such as Server, Network, Software License, Desktop.
  • Intermediate skill in MS Excel
  • Experience of Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI will be a plus
  • Understanding of service level agreements
