Key Responsibilities

Finance & Payroll Support

  • Support commission computation and validation of multi-tier incentive structures
  • Support bookkeeping functions including General Ledger entries and preparation of financial schedules
  • Assist in preparation of payments and supporting documentation
  • Support P&L reporting by compiling relevant operational and financial data

HR & Compliance Administration

  • Support recruitment coordination including job advertisement posting and candidate screening
  • Assist in preparation of employment documentation and work pass applications
  • Coordinate insurance and security bond administration
  • Maintain proper employee records and ensure documentation compliance

Inventory & Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate stocktake exercises and monitor stock reconciliation across outlets
  • Support purchase coordination and inventory cost data submission for financial recording
  • Liaise with outlet managers to ensure accurate stock movement documentation

Operational Controls

  • Review and verify claims and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organised documentation and internal control records
  • Provide cross-functional support to ensure smooth daily operations across outlets

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, payroll or operations
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in financial and administrative documentation
  • Ability to coordinate across departments in a multi-outlet retail environment
