Key Responsibilities
Finance & Payroll Support
- Support commission computation and validation of multi-tier incentive structures
- Support bookkeeping functions including General Ledger entries and preparation of financial schedules
- Assist in preparation of payments and supporting documentation
- Support P&L reporting by compiling relevant operational and financial data
HR & Compliance Administration
- Support recruitment coordination including job advertisement posting and candidate screening
- Assist in preparation of employment documentation and work pass applications
- Coordinate insurance and security bond administration
- Maintain proper employee records and ensure documentation compliance
Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate stocktake exercises and monitor stock reconciliation across outlets
- Support purchase coordination and inventory cost data submission for financial recording
- Liaise with outlet managers to ensure accurate stock movement documentation
Operational Controls
- Review and verify claims and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain organised documentation and internal control records
- Provide cross-functional support to ensure smooth daily operations across outlets
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, payroll or operations
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in financial and administrative documentation
- Ability to coordinate across departments in a multi-outlet retail environment
