Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate official quotations in the accounting system based on the accepted information provided by the Sales team.
Process sales orders, supplier purchase orders and customer invoices.
Send issued invoices to customers and assist with payment follow-ups.
Coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries and shipping arrangements with suppliers and freight forwarders.
Maintain accurate transaction records in the reporting, accounting and sales systems.
Assist with daily accounting and proper document filing.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
