Description
As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will manage and optimize Finance Operations processes to ensure they are well-designed, controlled, and aligned with business objectives. You will provide analysis and recommendations to leadership, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of day-to-day problem-solving while escalating larger issues when necessary. This role requires a strong understanding of Finance Operations and the ability to balance execution with process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project activities, including planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and documentation.
- Propose next steps, resolve roadblocks, and anticipate potential questions and challenges.
- Analyze data, draw insights, develop solutions, and evaluate outcomes to support business planning, strategy, and operational processes.
- Design and implement process improvements obtain stakeholder buy-in and coordinate change management activities.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure operations are effectively managed and processes are controlled, efficient, and compliant.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial process improvement
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
- Experience in operations management
- Knowledge of finance risk management practices
- Solid project management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) configuration, functionalities, and best practices
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments
