Job Description & Requirements
An Finance Officer work will include basic book keeping activities, working with sales and purchase ledgers and running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct.
Responsibilities/Functions:
- Handle day to day accounting functions as assigned and month end closing
- Handle full set of account and oversee account from other country
- Ensure the smooth execution of all Accounts Receivable activities.
- Ensure all customers account are up-to-date (Collection of outstanding payments)
- Prepare accounting documents (PO, LOA, Invoice, Credit note, SOA, including GST submission etc.)
- Ensure information / document are accurate, updated and filed in a timely and orderly manner
- Providing accounting support
- Reconciling finance account
- Assisting and providing administrative support to the company's clients accounting needs
- Perform administrative support duties (Generate reports, reply emails, online submissions, etc.)
- Print and mailing of collection notices
- Checking staffs claims
Requirements:
- LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance
- Hold relevant qualification
- Those with bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Able to work independently and meet financial reporting datelines
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel Office & Power Point
- Good proficiency in English & Chinese would be an asset (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
- Able to start work at short notice
- Full Time, Permanent
- Reports to Accounts Manager and/or Senior Management
- Meticulous, analytical and eye for details
- Good organizing and planning skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
