The ChartWorld Group is intending to strengthen the Finance Department in Singapore and is looking for a Finance Officer being involved in accounting in Singapore as well as international group accounts. This employment offers opportunities to grow into a global role within the group of companies.

Finance Officer

Your main activities:

. Responsible for accounts payable
. Responsible for accounts receivable
. General Ledger Accounting
. Payroll
. Tax filing
. Responsible for credit collection/ dunning process.
. Liaising with customers and suppliers to align accounts.
. Liaise with offices in Germany, Canada, Japan, and Cyprus for inter-company transactions.
. Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements for statutory audit.
. Improving processes and helping develop financial planning and analysis systems infrastructure.

Your profile:

. Experience in accounting and/or auditing is of advantage.
. Bachelor's degree/diploma holder. Newly graduates welcome to apply.
. Ability to work with complex data and identify key issues.
. Strong analytical skills.
. Strong in communication, ability to communicate across cultures.
. Highly motivated.
. Solution and team oriented.
. Safe handling of MS Office.
. Excellent English language skills spoken and in written.
