We are an SGX-listed company with substantial operations in China, seeking a dedicated and competent Finance Manager to join our Finance team. The role offers exposure to listed company reporting requirements, and opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Support statutory audits, tax compliance, and SGX regulatory reporting.
- Provide support in ad-hoc financial analysis and corporate projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline candidates currently pursuing professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA will also be considered.
- Prior experience in financial reporting and auditing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese, to effectively liaise with colleagues in China.
- Ability to adapt and work well within a Chinese company culture.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
