FINANCE MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP / AR / GL / P&L etc)
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure monthly reconciliations are completed promptly and that unreconciled items are investigated and resolved promptly.
• Preparation of Statutory Audit Reports
• Review Tax computation and Tracking of Tax incentive status, and review of GST submission.
• Responsible for preparation and closing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities where required.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

. Hands-on, analytical, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver.

. Good knowledge and understanding of tax legislation.

. Good knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements is highly essential.

. Meticulous with positive working attitude and able to meet deadlines

. Well organized, meticulous, detailed oriented, multi-task and able to work independently.
