Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
2. Accounting and Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
3. Treasury and Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to support trade finance and other banking needs.
4. Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional offices to align financial strategies with business goals.
6. Audit and Risk Management:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability.

Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
2. Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
3. Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in Commodities trading company is a MUST.
