Our client is an established business with annual revenues exceeding $100 million and a strong track record of operational excellence. As the organisation continues to achieve approximately 20% year-on-year growth, they are seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen financial reporting, governance, and business support capabilities while partnering closely with senior management.
Description
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will:
- Lead the full spectrum of finance operations, including fixed assets, inventory, treasury and intercompany accounting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reporting
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements, manage statutory audits, tax matters including GST and transfer pricing compliance
- Support group consolidation activities, including intercompany reconciliations, consolidation adjustments and elimination entries
- Strengthen internal controls, finance policies and governance frameworks to support business growth
- Partner internal stakeholders on financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management and strategic decision-making
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, driving accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence
Profile
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of work experience
- Foundation in audit combined with commercial working experience would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, with experience in group consolidation, intercompany accounting and multi-entity environments
- Hands-on ERP experience, coupled with strong Excel and analytical skills
- Leadership experience managing a small team, with the ability to influence stakeholders across finance and operations
- Strong business acumen and a proactive mindset to support organisational growth and improvement initiatives
