Job Description

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings; ensure accurate reporting in line with local and international accounting standards.
  • Cash Flow, Treasury & Working Capital: Monitor liquidity, optimize cash flow, and oversee treasury operations to support trading and distribution cycles.
  • Inventory & Cost Management: Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, COGS tracking, and provisioning; align with sales forecasts to minimize obsolescence and stockouts.
  • Support Distribution & Trading Operations: Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams on financial planning, pricing, margin optimization, and channel profitability.
  • Business Partnering & Strategic Support: Provide financial insights, models, and scenario analyses for sales, marketing, product launches, and regional expansion initiatives.
  • Audit, Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement: Drive enhancements in financial processes, internal controls, and ERP/reporting systems for scalability and efficiency.
