FINANCE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and strategic business support. The ideal candidate will optimize financial performance, streamline financial processes, and provide strategic insights to support the Company's overall business efficiency.

Responsibilities

. Oversee the Company's finance and accounting duties, lead the finance team and manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely monthly profit and loss reporting.

. Review yearly, quarterly and monthly performance, and perform analysis and reporting.

. Manage reporting and assist in queries from head office.

. Manage the cash flow of the Company and review audited financial statements.

. Prepare annual budgets, financial reports and monthly forecasts.

. Continually review all finance-related procedures and activities, including cash management, stock control and implement best practices for internal control procedures for Finance and the Company.

. Liaise with external parties, including but not limited to auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.

. Maintain up-to-date product costings and control with simulations and margin analysis.

. Continuously monitor, track and review product costs and company expenses.

. Forecast usage and plan for core product raw materials, and coordinate with key suppliers on reordering, logistics arrangements and quality issues.

. Review leasing business cases and administer leasing and franchise-related correspondence and administration.

. Correspond and manage finance and ordering related activities with franchise partners.

. Undertake any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed.

Requirements

. Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting and finance management roles.

. Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification(s).

. Practical and hands-on experience with accounting systems, MS Excel and bookkeeping procedures is required.

. Experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry will be an added advantage.
