Role Overview
The Finance Manager oversees the company's day-to-day financial accounting operations and ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role leads the accounting team and works closely with the Finance Director on budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and cash flow management activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure effective daily operations.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all accounting work.
- Oversee the company's overall financial accounting processes and deliverables.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and other management reports.
- Ensure all financial reports comply with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to prepare financial inputs for the annual budgeting process.
- Support cost accounting and management reporting activities as needed.
- Work with the Finance Director to monitor the company's tax matters.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on all tax-related issues and compliance requirements.
- Monitor the company's cash flow and prepare regular updates, including long-term forecasts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors during financial audits.
- Liaise with banks on matters related to financing and other banking requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in a trading environment with exposure to multi-currency transactions.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, forex hedging, and treasury operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage an accounting team.
- Hands-on experience working with auditors during financial audits.
- Knowledge of trade financing is an advantage.
- Prior audit experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
