Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Partner with leadership to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Drive high-impact initiatives such as M&A, new market expansion, and transformation projects
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to support decision-making and investment opportunities
- Develop business cases and conduct post-investment reviews to evaluate performance and ROI
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Analyze key business drivers and performance metrics to guide strategy
- Integrate and synthesize data across multiple sources to generate meaningful insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, engineering, and commercial teams
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support dynamic decision-making
- Evaluate cost-benefit outcomes and track performance against projections
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in strategic finance / FP&A, ideally within a high-growth environment
- Strong expertise in financial modelling and business analysis
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and business decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented with strong project execution capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in healthcare or startup environments is a plus
- Familiarity with capital markets and fundraising activities is advantageous
