Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Roadmap: Lead and architect the group's business development strategy to hit aggressive expansion and revenue milestones.
- End-to-End Deal Ownership: Lead the entire lifecycle of high-value opportunities-from initial market sourcing and feasibility analysis to complex negotiations and final closure.
- Strategic Alliances: Build and cultivate a Tier-1 network of corporate clients, institutional partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Executive Advisory: Collaborate directly with senior leadership to shape growth priorities and develop data-backed business cases for new ventures.
- Operational Alignment: Work cross-functionally with internal delivery teams to ensure every partnership is feasible and executed to a premium standard.
- Performance Governance: Oversee the commercial pipeline, providing the board with accurate forecasting, market intelligence, and performance insights.
Requirements:
- Track Record: At least 5-8 years of experience in high-level Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales.
- Proven Results: A documented history of originating and closing significant commercial deals or large-scale institutional partnerships.
- Engagement: Exceptional ability to influence and manage relationships with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders.
- Agnostic Agility: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you are expected to own outcomes from start to finish.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related commercial discipline.
