Financial Operations: Manage daily financial records, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, reports, and provide financial analysis to advise management on strategy, working capital, and profitability.
Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory requirements, including tax returns and GST, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
Inventory & Expenditure: Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation, and monitor expenditures against profits to ensure the business remains profitable.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate daily operations.
Strategic Advice: Provide sound financial advice to senior leadership on the company's financial position and economic environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Min Degree holder and above.
Accounting Proficiency: Strong skills in managing full sets of accounts, payables, and receivables.
Financial Acumen: Ability to perform financial analysis and provide strategic financial advice.
Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of tax laws and statutory submissions.
Operational Oversight: Skills in managing inventory and controlling expenditures.
Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to guide and supervise a finance team.
