Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager who will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and will be proficient in using Netsuite for financial management. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive financial accuracy and efficiency while working closely with senior management to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets in coordination with departmental heads.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to management to drive strategic business decisions.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure effective treasury management.

• Review and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and identify areas for cost optimization.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.

• Manage the integration and optimization of Netsuite, ensuring that the system meets the company's financial reporting and operational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Netsuite ERP system is a must.

• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Strong understanding of local accounting principles, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and tax regulations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and interact with senior management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools.
