About the Team
Join a dynamic Finance & Controlling team within ZF Aftermarket Division, supporting Division B operations based in Singapore. The team consists of 4 professionals and plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic support. Reporting directly to the ASEAN Financial Controller, this role combines operational excellence with leadership in a collaborative environment.
What you can look forward to as Finance & Controlling Manager:
- Lead the Finance & Controlling function for Division B in Singapore.
- Manage full sets of accounts, monthly closing, and financial reporting aligned with SFRS, IFRS, and ZF Group standards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ACRA and IRAS.
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with business teams on pricing, profitability, and performance tracking.
- Champion process improvements, ERP enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies on finance-related matters.
Your Profile as Finance & Controlling Manager:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA/CPA certification preferred.
- 68 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance, including team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore statutory and tax regulations.
- Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
