Job Description

The Opportunity

This is not a typical finance role. As Finance Manager at the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA), you will sit at the crossroads of Singapore's most exciting industry - with direct access to the decision-makers shaping the future of financial services across Asia.

You will work alongside regulators, bank executives, venture capitalists, and founders on a daily basis. Our members include the Monetary Authority of Singapore, major global banks, and over 1,000 FinTech companies. The relationships you build here and the industry knowledge you gain will enrich your professional life in ways that a private-sector finance role simply cannot match.

We are upfront: as a non-profit, our salaries sit below market rates for equivalent corporate positions. But our team members consistently tell us the same thing - the access, the learning, and the network make this one of the most rewarding roles they've held.
