Job summary

This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting executive decision-making through insightful financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Develop and implement financial controls and procedures. Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business strategies. Mentor and manage junior finance staff.

Communicate with IT and follow up on ERP System Issues and Required Actions

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, power BI, ERP systems).
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
