Our client is a fast-growing fintech MNC which is fast growing and highly regarded in its sector. This is a 12-month contract role. This role requires working from office 100% of the time (the co is based right next to the MRT station in town).

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group Accounting SSC in establishing and optimizing operations, which primarily include but is not limited to the handover of accounts among various Regions of the Group and the subsequent submission and review of accounting data from each Region.
- Able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, allocate team resources, streamline and continuously improve processes, and strive for maximum efficiency within a given time frame.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field, familiar with US GAAP, with approximately 5 years of financial work experience.
- Proficient in using the Oracle Fusion system for accounting processes, mainly including modules such as Fixed Assets, Procurement, Intercompany Accounting (including transfer pricing), and General Accounting.
- Has some experience working on standardized Accounting SSC processes in the form of SOPs.
- Highly skilled in using Office and Google applications, adept at utilizing various software, BI solution and other systems to complete the processing, integration, analysis, and review of financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, strong logical analysis abilities, and data sensitivity. Proficient in summarizing and reviewing work.
- Proficient in Office and Google applications, capable of using English as the primary working language.
- A strong drive for self-improvement, good critical thinking skills, strong intrinsic motivation, and a good sense of teamwork.
- Open to working on a 12month contract assignment as a consultant to the MNC
