Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

The Company

Our client is a fast growing business, currently hiring a hands-on and resilient talent to oversee the full spectrum of Finance Controllership responsibilities.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with more than 4 years of experience in the commercial sector. Prior external audit background (Big 4) required.
• Must: Experience in managing end to end financial close process, including ability to handle group consolidation, controllership, FP&A and internal control.
• Ability to manage high volume of transactions
• Traits: Highly driven, hands-on, resilient, resourceful and independent
• Availability: Immediate or up to maximum of 2-months notice preferred

Important: The successful candidate must be flexible to work around European time zone (3pm to 12 midnight) in the position.

Budget

Circa SGD 8,000 to SGD 9,000 per month

Job Scope

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining a strong control environment, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and corporate governance requirements. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to business performance through accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights.

Key responsibilities include overseeing month-end and year-end closing activities, statutory and management reporting, audit and compliance matters, balance sheet reviews, and financial governance processes. You will play an active role in strengthening internal controls, driving process enhancements, and supporting transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting quality. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting and financial reporting, experience within a lean and hands-on environment, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
