Finance Manager

• Position : Finance Manager
• Location : Loyang
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,000 + Performance Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting, corporate reporting, taxation, budgeting and management accounting functions.
• Manage and maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review consolidated financial statements, business reports, forecasts and financial analysis for management and stakeholders.
• Analyse the financial performance of business units and provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and present key financial insights to management.
• Manage tax computation, tax compliance and resolve tax-related matters to minimise business risks.
• Support internal and external audit activities to ensure timely and accurate audit completion.
• Review and improve accounting systems, processes and reporting efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting, finance and reporting experience.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and audit processes.
• Analytical, meticulous and able to work independently with good business acumen.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
