Assist with accounting and finance matter for RT group of entities including the day-to-day functions such as invoicing, reconciliation of revenues and expenses, accounts receivable and payable, monthly accounts reporting, quarterly accounts reporting, and annual financial reporting.
Assist with the preparation of financial information for respective RT entities and at group level, supporting the accounting, regulatory reporting, banking matters, tax, and corporate secretarial functions.
Assist in the preparation of corporate tax and GST returns.
Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports for management.
Assist in systems and process improvement initiatives across finance functions.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Report directly to the Head of Finance.
Job Requirements
Professional qualification required (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, MIA).
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Accounting softwares such as QuickBook and Xero.
Ability to think strategically and provide solutions to financial challenges.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, committed, diligent, meticulous, resilient, self-motivated, have good initiative, possess problem solving and strong analytical skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines and have a strong sense of responsibility.
