Main Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for the office.
- Implement and enforce financial policies, standards, and tax compliance procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of project books in SAP, manage commercial risks, and oversee contract and claim management.
- Conduct financial analysis and planning to identify business opportunities and drive productivity programs across the region.
- Lead team members with a strong emphasis on the Code of Conduct, fostering an environment of trust, integrity, and ethical behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in controlling and reporting, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Expertise in SAP and Contract Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and general IT tools.
- Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, high motivation, and the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
