Role Description:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insights into business performance, and supporting decision-making processes at all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities include managing the preparation of financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, and conducting financial analysis to evaluate business performance. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, develop financial models, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, the Finance Manager will lead financial audits, manage cash flow, and support risk management initiatives.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategies that align financial objectives with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or in a similar financial management role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data clearly to senior management and other departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
  • Experience managing financial operations and leading a team is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
