Job Descriptions:
1. Fully responsible for the financial management of the joint venture, including strategic finance, financial analysis, financial accounting, daily financial management, and tax planning;
2. Establish a sound financial management system and exercise overall control over the daily management of the finance department, annual budget, and fund operations;
3. Coordinate the relationship between the joint venture and banks, tax authorities, and other government departments, as well as with external partner companies;
4. Properly coordinate and manage relationships between the joint venture and its shareholders and related parties to maximize shareholder interests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field;
2. CPA or ACCA certification is preferred;
3. Experience in management within multinational corporations (MNCs) or joint ventures is preferred;
4. More than five years of experience working in one of the Big Four accounting firms is preferred;
