Finance Manager

Our client is a logistics and supply chain company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Finance Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Prepare timely consolidated financial reports for submission to headquarters

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Develop and enhance financial policies, internal controls, and accounting systems

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions

• Ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations, including tax computations and filings

• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit schedules for smooth audit completion

• Oversee payroll processing, staff claims, and reimbursements

• Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and treasury functions

• Support process improvements and handle ad-hoc finance-related assignments

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, consolidation, and regulatory compliance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting systems

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
