Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role demands a proactive approach to enhance financial operations and cash management.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review regional financial statements for subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to IFRS/GAAP and local statutory requirements.
Collaborate to enhance liquidity management and improve capital efficiency through centralized cash positions.
Oversee intercompany funding activities, maintaining documentation in compliance with tax and transfer pricing guidelines.
Monitor key financial performance indicators and promptly escalate critical issues.
Identify operational gaps and implement enhancements to optimize finance operations and reporting workflows.
Foster the implementation of best practices across the finance team to ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Assess tax risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring audit readiness and tax optimization.
Align local tax practices with group policies and support the monthly financial review discussions, providing insights for subsidiaries.

Requirements

CPA qualification with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Proven expertise in multi-entity regional financial reporting.
Experience in liaising with international banks and working with treasury platforms.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills, demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or SAC is advantageous.
