Job Summary:

As a Finance Manager (Part-Time), you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and administration for a dynamic homegrown bakery brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and has a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for managing financial processes, reporting, and controls, while working closely with external auditors and accountants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including invoices, payments, and claims processing.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial documents for external accountants and auditors.
  • Liaise with external auditors and accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Support the month-end closing and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Track expenses and maintain proper financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, basic internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external parties on routine finance matters.
  • Provide ad-hoc finance and administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Basic accounting knowledge with experience in invoices, claims processing, and financial coordination.
  • Highly task-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
