Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager who is demonstrably among the best in their field- highly ambitious, a proven problem-solver, and equipped with excellent judgment. You will assist in financial reporting, compliance, tax, and treasury functions for our global operations. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
- Manage the full set of accounts and month-end closing for the company and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to preparation of comprehensive financial statements for annual fillings (year-end: 31 December across all entities).
- Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations and etc
Compliance and Legal Affairs
- Maintain corporate secretarial relationships and ensure compliance with ad hoc and annual requirements (e.g., AGM, Annual Confirmation JE1).
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers for year-end audits and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with base and risk-based capital requirements per MAS CMSL regulations.
Tax Compliance
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for our entities, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Prepare GST returns (quarterly and yearly) in compliance with Singapore regulations.
Qualifications
- Possesses a degree in accounting and finance or relevant field with CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification. Candidates that are with their last paper are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with experience in financial services. Prior experience with MAS compliance requirements is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS and proficiency with modern accounting software.
- Prior experience in family office, venture capital fund, or similar environment is a strong plus.
- Team player with the ability to efficiently manage diverse tasks.
